ASSP Workspace Agreement

I agree that ASSP shall have a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use any material I develop for any committee(s) and subcommittee(s) for inclusion in an ANSI/ASSP Publication. I hereby grant ASSP a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to all rights in copyright that I may have as an author of the material adopted and used in a published ANSI/ASSP Publication.

I agree that ANSI/ASSP standards are an ASSP-produced standard.  The standards are copyright protected and may not be reproduced or distributed to any other party. The documents, rosters and any other material in Workspace are for committee use only and may not be reproduced or distributed to any other party.
